Durable, reliable, multifunctional controller that works well!

TL;DR version: a really good controller if you fix small connection problems when you find them out. I lost the instruction manual that came with it and couldn't figure out how to switch it back to wireless mode from Android Bluetooth mode. After figuring it out, I had only minor connection issues, but everything else works great. The controller I received uses these shortcut keys to select the connection mode to use: - Android: connects to my Android phone via Bluetooth, but the controls are weird outside of apps; uses the leftmost LED - IOS: I don't have an iOS device to test with, but I expect it to connect to one of those devices via Bluetooth; uses the second LED from the left - X+Home: connects to my Android phone via Bluetooth and controls more intuitively; uses the third LED indicator from the left - LB+Home (LB=shoulder button "B" on the left): connects to a USB receiver; uses the first and second LEDs from the left. See attached images for each of the LED options listed above. Each connection option requires holding the /combo button for about two seconds. Pressing the home or home button with a button not listed above turns off the controller. It also turns off if no button is pressed for a few minutes. The fourth LED is for charging only; It flashes red when the battery is charging, turns green when the battery is fully charged (IIRC) and is off when not charging. fully connect to my phone. My phone shows it is connected to the device "PG-9156" but the Bluetooth icon does not show "connected" dots and the controller does not explicitly control the phone. I have to go into Bluetooth settings, open "PG-9156" and "Forget device" and then connect to it as a new device each time. Haven't used it very much with my phone yet, so it hasn't been a big deal so far, although it's starting to get annoying. Button. When I connect X+Home on the home screen, the d-pad and left stick move through my icons and icon groups as expected: X opens the app/group and B closes the app/group. When connected to Android, both joysticks only scroll the home screen left and right using the up and down directions, not left and right; The X, Y, A, and B keys open different groups of icons on the screen, but do nothing else. So I only use X+Home with my phone and LB+Home with my PC. I haven't tried using the ShootingPlus V3 app on my phone yet, but it can help to fix strange Android mode issues. On Windows 10, I had to use the Start menu search to find "Set USB Game Controllers". which will open the Game Controllers window. I've attached a screenshot of this window showing it as "Controller (Xbox360 for Windows)" when the USB receiver is plugged in. Once connected to the receiver with LB+Home you can press the Properties button (see test each of the 10 buttons (including joysticks), the D-Pad and all four directions of both joysticks. I could probably press the Button Remapper use program in Windows but so far I haven't found any need for it.
