I've had this router for almost 9 months now and I've found that every 2-3 months it stops working and needs a complete reconfiguration. To reconfigure the router I always had to call tech support and wait a long time (up to 45 minutes). And it always takes at least two calls to tech support to get anything done, as they always seem to call me before the problem is fixed (I suspect they're at least partially compensated depending on the number of calls). cope with them). Also, the techs seem very distracted during my calls, so I suspect they also offer online tech support at the same time. I've always spent at least three hours troubleshooting a Linksys issue before the router is back up and running, sometimes longer. Although I've already paid for this router and have only been using it for nine months, I'm seriously considering it. It's been five months since I've done this and I haven't had a single problem with the free wifi router, while I've spent at least 10 hours on mine in the first five months I've tried using a Linksys router Spent my life contacting the Linksys technician for phone support. And now I have more range and faster speed than Linksys. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on this!
