Review on Gaspari Nutrition - Glycofuse - High-Performance Carbohydrate for Rapid Energy, Recovery, and Endurance - 60 Serving (Unflavored) by Brittney Reynolds

Revainrating 5 out of 5

If you want to maximize your stamina I would recommend Gaspari Glycofuse!

I recently started taking a medication prescribed by my doctor but unfortunately the medication has a severe side effect of not eating the normal amount of food. Actually, I hardly eat anything. I found that on a typical day when I went to work out I only had enough energy/fuel to work out for about 10 minutes. I weigh 210 pounds at 5'11 with 13% body fat and have been active in a variety of sports since I was 3 years old. However, I usually had to train much longer, right? Not right! Without proper fuel, since I was only eating (1) food that day due to my meds, I had poorer endurance, a terrible workout, and felt like I was dying for about 40 minutes. I spoke to my trainer about my meds and how they are affecting my eating and she was furious. She basically tells me that I have to force myself to eat to provide energy for intense workouts or this will happen and urged me to talk to my doctor about my medication. (I will eventually, but I'm enjoying my meds' appetite suppressant right now, lol) I had a sample of this pack and decided to give it a try - why not right? I mixed this with water 45 minutes before my workout. All I can say is WOW. My training was so much better, my stamina lasted an hour and I didn't lose the feeling that I was dying. Just in case you're wondering, I ate the same amount of food as I did in the first training session. The only thing that has changed is that I took a serving of this wonderful supplement. I can vouch for the fast and easy digestion technology (rapid gastric emptying) of this product. There was absolutely no cramping or bloating that is so common with other branded products. improve your stamina!
