Love the feel of the material it makes my bum look nice too which is always a plus. My waist size is about 32-33 inches so it's a bit big for me but most of the time I'm gassy so it helps to support it 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also has belt loops so that's helpful too. I'm not tall so my butt barely touched the ground. It helped with some low heels or tennis shoes. My only complaint is that if they're a little tight on you or you have a small belly/dog, the front stretches a bit which causes the zipper to open. strange. I don't like showing my zipper so I always adjust the flap to better hide it or try not to bag it when wearing it. Clothing size M
