Received defective headphones and contacted seller!

Today I received the goods. One of them is out of service. It keeps making buzzing noises and the volume doesn't work at all. I am so disappointed! ----- Continue with my review after I get a response from the seller. I have contacted the seller via email. The response was prompt and professionally designed. Their customer service was very impressive, they took full responsibility for their products. Other headphones are comfortable, with good sound quality and a relatively affordable price. You have a very satisfied customer here!
