Received defective headphones and contacted seller!

Today I received the goods. One of them is out of service. It keeps making buzzing noises and the volume doesn't work at all. I am so disappointed! ----- Continue with my review after I get a response from the seller. I have contacted the seller via email. The response was prompt and professionally designed. Their customer service was very impressive, they took full responsibility for their products. Other headphones are comfortable, with good sound quality and a relatively affordable price…

The volume control is bad, the case fell off after 3 weeks on the volume, otherwise is this normal?

They are fairly cheap and good value in quality. The volume control broke immediately. Volume Up/Down is a slider and doesn't actually work by adjusting the volume on your device, but lowers the sound quality and lowers the volume. It broke within an hour. After a week the on/off button stopped working. After about 2-3 weeks the volume control cover fell off. Of course, I still use those bare-wire headphones, but it's not worth it. I wouldn't buy them again.

Great price for good headphones. And there is work!

Bought for me and my son. (He needs them for school). The headphones don't usually fit properly in his small ears, but he said they were comfortable and he started listening to his music with them. I was so excited because I didn't have to downsize the earbuds because they fit perfectly! they are very comfortable. I also had no problems with them falling out of my ears. The seller included great instructions along with the warranty information and when I emailed them they were quick to respond! I use these headphones for long commutes. I travel so I don't want my phone connected to Bluetooth in my car so they're good for private conversations. For this reason, I attach my headphones to my shirt while driving. However, the clips are very fragile. I couldn't get the wire into the terminal so I broke both wires that were in the packaging. Cool headphones with microphone. The sound quality is as good as some other brands mentioned for the same price but here you get 2 for this price! I checked the mic and I was clearly audible on the other end. So the mic works great too! The noise cancellation works, I don't hear any extraneous noises when they're on me.
