To be honest I am very impressed with the quality of this product not to mention the great price. But the best thing was the customer service. I needed extra links for my watch because I have a large wrist. I contacted the seller and the seller replied to me within a few hours. They solve my problem and send additional links from my watch. Again, I am very surprised at the speed of their resolution. I highly recommend this product not to mention the quality and price I will definitely buy again. I've read some bad reviews about how to add sitelinks and how difficult it is. Guys, you should pay attention and read the instructions, it couldn't be easier. All you have to do is align the pins with the pin removal tool included with your purchase and voila, the pin is removed and you can now add or remove a link. This isn't rocket science. I definitely give 5 runs and recommend this product above all others.
