Review on J-Hart Communications by Abaraham Duvernot

I like that we are able see our stats online (and at any time). The reports can be customized so it's easy for us as an organization if someone wants more detail or less than others do! It would help with future planning of where people should go next when making calls/sending emails etc.. We have been using this service since 2012 but just recently started seeing some issues wtih emailing members from my group which is causing me grief!! Also there seems tp b problems sending out mass messages via their system sometimes too - not sure why? But overall good product still working well even though minor hiccups here nthere now & then??
