I bought this pillow to replace one I've been using for about two years. It was worn out and had to be scrapped. I absolutely loved this product. It's designed slightly differently than my old one and I love the attention to detail with added support right where it's needed. My kids were growing up and they didn't have those things when I was making kids. but I have a pretty bad back injury. And this product completely changed the rules of the game. I can finally sleep through the night. When I read the reviews before buying I saw that some people complained about the amount of filling in the pillow and that was not my experience at all. The day I received it I put a knit bedspread over it and then fluffed it up a bit and hung it over my bedroom door giving it a full three days to fill in and used it every night for about 6 weeks . even longer. I have to check it out but I'm pretty sure I got it in the first week of January. It's so soft and comfortable and can be manipulated in many different ways. It's really well made and will definitely last a long time. The only downside is if you're over 5ft 8in I don't know how well this will work for you. Before my injuries I was 5'10", but at this point in my life, between injury, DDD and just getting older, I'm just under 5'8" and that's pretty comfortable for me. But in summary: 100% ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED! In conclusion yes, I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it highly
