If you're like me, you've tried everything. Adhesive dashboard mount that gets sticky in a hot car. Attaches to the windshield with a suction cup that loses suction - even in the heat. And the vent clips, which are the worst - many of the vents just can't handle the weight of the phone, let alone the hot heat on the back of the phone, it's just not a good idea. Then I came across this awesome design! Attaches to the rear view mirror. Adjustments and padding for a secure fit without compromising the safety and functionality of the mirror. As seen in the photos (Chevy Cruze 2014), it holds my broken Samsung Galaxy S5 with enough room and easily holds my main phone, Google Pixel 6. Secure fit and easy removal. Does not interfere with phone buttons or power port. The only thing that would be better if the mount had wireless charging, which it doesn't have. The package includes a USB to 3-port adapter (Type-C, Micro and Apple Lightning connector). Anyway, compared to all other phone holders, this one gets 5 stars all day long. Highly recommended! * Check your local jurisdiction if mounting a rear view mirror is illegal. I only mention this because Wisconsin didn't even allow air fresheners in 2004 when I was younger.
