In addition to a great tie, you get a real pocket square. Seriously, Hisdern ties and pocket squares are one of the reasons I got repeated job interviews. When you're doing Zoom interviews and other candidates are roughly equivalent in education and experience, you need to stand out. I got the job I wanted instead of the job I had to take.
