I took this under my desk I have neuropathy. Actual feet for humans were 1/2 size or smaller. The cover drove me insane. And continued, I thought it would work with pets too. I put my feet down and don't move. Spring. My dog rolls at my feet to stay evenly warm. I removed the cover. If I were using it on a dog, I would do the same thing and throw the blanket in. Let's consider one for back/bed. Works and my dog picks up everything said and said. I have less space to warm my feet than if I bought these for humans.
