I've had 10 pairs of these for over a year, and they show no signs of wearing out. I wondered why this Jeff dude didn't like them, and then I checked his reviews. He rates almost everything one star. Some people are like that. These socks are strong and heavy. Not all good, though. They are thick enough that they might make your shoes feel tight and you'll need to get looser fitting shoes.
