The chair was very easy to assemble. Runs well and is quiet. I use it for work 8+ hours a day and it's comfortable and doesn't give me any back or lower body issues (it was an old chair so it was replaced). My only concern is that the raise/lower piston sometimes pops when I'm sitting in it, which could be because it's all the way down. But think it will possibly be the first to fail. That won't be a problem because it's in the lowest position, but maybe if I ever change tables. For the record, I'm 205 pounds and I think the chair was rated a 250, so it's not like I'm squeezing this too close. At this point I would definitely buy this again if I needed another chair.
