They seem to be mislabeled as feminine, but they fit and look great.
Ordered these due to a lower than expected price which I believe is due to being mislabeled as "women" even though the sizing is for men. Overall, they fit great and feel fantastic no matter how labeled. Definitely recommend the React Vapor 2 whether it's for men or women.
