I fell in love with the concept of a lap chair about 10 years ago when I made a similar one Bought chair but with fabric I wore out the upholstery/fabric on this old chair and was very happy to find this softer version with faux leather upholstery. The forward tilt of the seat in this new version is not as sharp as the old one. I prefer a more aggressive lean. I was able to get a few more degrees of angle by removing the two front wheels. I'm about 5ft 9in, 140lbs and the chair fits me perfectly. Larger people may have some difficulty doing this work for them. I sit in this chair 10 hours a day during the work week and then play video games while sitting on the weekends. No discomfort, ever. My lower back has been thanking me for the transition to my knees for ten years.
