Triple your field of view!

I have used three screens for my work computer for a very long time. Monitors were aging and starting to generate more heat (seriously, my office was like a sauna, each monitor putting out 104 degrees of heat), so I decided to upgrade to three 27-inch curved monitors. To balance the desk space, I wanted a good mount that could hold all three monitors. I had a few people at work giving me pointers, but nothing seemed right. My brother-in-law liked my monitors so much that he bought a set and used this mount. I was very satisfied after he set everything up especially with the price and decided to buy it for myself. I had a few issues along the way. When I first received the mount in the mail, one of the clips holding the monitor wires was broken. I took a picture and sent it directly to customer service. They replied in a few hours and said they would send a replacement which made me very happy. I went ahead and started assembling the bracket. I was happy with the weight of the mount knowing it can hold all three 27" monitors on its shoulders. After putting everything together and installing the monitors, I wasn't happy with what I saw. Even with the other two mounts, there was no monitor to my left. In fact, he was at least an inch or so smaller. This annoyed me a lot and I asked my son in law if he had this problem to which he said no and I saw myself a few days ago. I decided to keep fiddling with it, but friends stopped by that evening and I thought he might take a look as he's a mechanical engineer and perfectionist so he can help me find the fault. They came, but he found nothing and suggested what I was already thinking: a problem with weapons. If you try to raise the mount, it will simply lower. If you try to move the monitor, it will fold back. I tried tightening the levers but that didn't solve the problem at all. So I took some more pictures of my mounts and also asked my son in law to take a picture of him and I emailed support. They didn't reply for a long time so I had to write them a second time a few days later. This time they finally answered and were shocked by what they saw. They told me they never had a problem with a broken gun but would send out a replacement in a few days. Nine days later I received a replacement, everything was assembled and everything worked perfectly. Rather than forcing me to put the old mount back in the box I got rid of it which was very nice of them. Installation The assembly instructions may seem complicated at first (trying to figure out which part goes where), but it's really simple. I installed the mount on my desk and all monitors in less than 30 minutes. It's really easier if you have a helping hand, especially when loading the monitors onto the mounts. The fastening materials are very durable. I know the mount can hold heavier monitors and hold them proud. Movement and Rotation Once I had the monitors in the mount, it was very easy for me to move the arms and position them as I wanted. Personally, I have rotating monitors (I like them equally), but if you like it, you can rotate them 360 degrees. generally on the go. I figured the support up to 27ft meant I'd have a little more arm movement, but it's a very snug fit. It's not the end of the world, but a little more freedom of movement would be nice. All in all, this is a very good mount! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a mount that will fit three monitors. I have curved monitors and I set them up to surround me as much as possible. As soon as I buy a new table it will look even better!
