Incredible little projector that can actually be used!

To be honest this isn't my first encounter with these mini projectors. And this is not my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, not 5th adventure in this realm! For some reason I have a love-hate relationship with these little wonders and my last 4 times have been incredibly disappointing! First you need to understand that these mini projectors can emit very little light. They're not a replacement for the big 10 pound setups you need for a large room with the lights on. However, the good ones work in a small conference room (which is where I need it most) with about a dozen people and dim lighting. Something really shines here. As I travel extensively, every ounce I can shave off my travel gear is a blessing. Since I'm programming for access control, my typical setup involves around 130 pounds of hardware. So it's very impressive to shed a whopping 10 pounds! So what makes this projector different and its actual lumens are truly accurate for the first time. Many of these small sub-$100 projectors outrageously claim incredible lumens when in fact they only put out 20-30 at best. That's enough for a 15-inch screen on the back of a door in pitch-dark times. With this setup, you can actually use it in a dimly lit room and still see it. However, it actually glows more (literally) in the dark. It's slightly larger than its cheaper counterparts, but that's not a good thing, as larger lenses can emit more light and produce a high resemblance. It's well made and looks like a quality product, with a battery life of around 60 minutes. that's good for something. The built in audio is pretty terrible and I would suggest using a portable speaker to really hear the audio. Feel - Decent battery life - Easy keystone correction and adjustments (not common on these small projectors) - Affordability Cons; - Terrible speaker (none of the projector's speakers can defend themselves well) - Remote control is Finnish and not very responsive - No case included (more of a personal joke) All in all This is the only mini projector I've found that actually works as intended. We've used it on impromptu rides to show video on some rocks, walls and garage doors and it's worked great. This is in my case with the necessary working materials and I just hope it lasts as I've come a long way to finding a portable projector that actually works as advertised while still remaining portable!
