This is a simple air filter
I bought it to replace a broken air filter. It opened easily and snapped into place with no problems. It definitely makes some sort of turbo noise. I like it. The whole set seems to be of good quality. All this is also suitable for the use of attachment points. I can't say it made a difference in increasing our mileage.
