WOW! If you are interested in DIY, this counter is for you. I have a 4,000 square foot house with a single 5 ton unit. My house is 10 years old and I have never been able to get "full" comfort from day one. It's crazy living like this for 10 years, isn't it? Only the last 4 years has the brain/body been sober enough ;-) Anyway, I was thinking about the "zoning" system. After all the dampeners and controllers, I was looking at almost $3,000. I balance airflow and pressure for about $130! I will say that I used a similar kit namely the AAB-200 which handles the temperature and airflow parts. I wish there was a better learning/documentation hub on the site, but overall this product is very intuitive. Simple physics and math (and google) will help you with that!
