I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia and struggle with chronic pain throughout my body every day. I've tried all sorts of methods to relieve pain and hundreds of muscle knots all over my body. I would take painkillers, but there still wasn't an area in my muscles that wasn't tight without the knot. When I tried to go to the masseuse they wouldn't even touch me because of all those knots thinking it would take too long and it might make things worse. I've tried acupuncture, physical therapy, and chiropractors. The relief I received from them was very minimal which led me to this $20 hand held massager. Since using it daily, I feel more relieved than I have in years. It has multiple settings and the ability to heat. This product saved my life and I never thought it was possible to get relief until I used it. I've tried using neck and shoulder massage pads but none compare to this gem! 5+++++ stars, hands down.
