It's been 20 years since I sat on a bike and that first ride (in the seat it came with) killed me. I didn't even ride 2 miles and my back and buttocks hurt. I didn't go back until I ordered the Serfas Gel saddle and crossed my fingers. That's wonderful! The first time I drove about 3 km. Right now I have 7 and this weekend I'm planning 10. My back is hardly disturbed and my big butt is supported. I'm 230lbs 5ft 4in, my fiance and I train together and that's what he loves. I am so thankful that this seat allowed us to ride together!
