Review on Employ Diversity by Nick Moody

I like that it's easy to use, has many features (including applicant tracking) as well as an intuitive interface for both applicants & recruiters alike! It is very user friendly - definitely not something difficult or complicated about this program at all :) The ability of being able to search by specific keywords makes finding potential employees much easier than other programs out there in my opinion!! Also love how you can create your own filters/search criteria so if someone isn't looking specifically within what we are offering then they don' t have access to those positions which may be more suitable otherwise! Great tool when used correctly with great communication between employer / recruiter etc! Nothing really bad but maybe could do better explaining certain things such as eligibility requirements? We're using EDP primarily because our clients want us too offer them their full suite rather than just one piece only from another.
