My bag has been used very little maybe I've used it 10 times or so. Just last week I was carrying my back and where the shoulder strap attaches to my back I ripped off a bag that just held my PlayStation and a controller that was so much smaller than advertised. My PlayStation fell on a hard wooden floor and the bag's padding was so thin that of course my system ruptured and it stopped working. Furious with the product and since it wasn't my fault I tried to contact rds customer service to see if there was anything that could be done for my $400 system and their cheap product was destroyed. And all I get is a wrong email address and no way to contact them. So I would recommend investing in a better quality case, unfortunately I don't think there will be too many until Sony releases one themselves! What I really don't understand is how the best selling item on Revain can allow a seller to sell products but not give Revain the exact email address for customer support if there is a problem. Because I contacted Revain and they didn't get me any closer to contacting RDS customer service!
