Stopped working at 5 months.
I enjoyed the diffuser until it stopped working at 5 months. I attempted to utilize the warranty or get a replacement, but the distributor said they were no longer being made. At that point he offered a 50% refund (even though it was still within the warranty period), and I accepted. I never received the refund or further communication after that.
