We were excited to try the Kitty windowsill and it was easy to assemble, but as soon as we put the suction cups on the window the glass shattered instantly! We barely touched the thing, not that we handled it roughly. Maybe it's just a weird anomaly in our window, but it didn't have any cracks or anything and the window was perfectly fine before. We open and close it all the time and had no problems before. I'm not sure why suction cups could break a window, especially if they're designed to do that. We're too scared to try using it on another window, so we'll just have to throw it away or see if we can get it back. So disappointed!
