I had trouble starting and noticed that there are sync instructions. And after going in circles to get one working, I tried the second - which worked great. I later checked the battery on the first one, it was dead. Not that hot, what's the matter. but very frustrated as i have bought a dozen remote control sockets in the last 20 years and never seen any time instructions. So I thought I was doing something wrong. I'm sure they will work fine. but deducted one star for the dead battery and another for the frustration and extra time wasted trying to get it working.
