I like that they are thorough, but not too much information is revealed about their clients or employees which makes it easy for us as employers to make hiring decisions without having all our ducks lined up properly! They do an excellent job at finding employment info we need - credit history reports, criminal records searches etc. It would be nice if there were more options available such as drug screens, health issues (for example HIV/AIDS), work performance reviews and additional training needs assessments included with every report request. We use them when vetting candidates who have applied through other sources since many times the applicant may want verification regarding personal references provided by friends / family members.
