We got this for our very active 4 year old for Christmas. We have hardwood floors and he rides a rhino from room to room and laughs. It's a great way for kids to get some exercise on cold winter days when they're stuck at home. It's very strong and the center of gravity makes it difficult to tip over. Our 4 year old says the rhino is his favorite toy at the moment! We also have a 10 year old and we've both been playing with him since Christmas but he had a bad stitch and started losing air. We contacted the company and they were very friendly and helpful. We received a full refund and are ordering a new one. I am happy with the customer service and will let you know if we have an issue with a replacement. Overall though, it's solid and my boys train on it a lot.
