Review on DigiTonerTM TonerPlusUSA Compatible Cartridge Replacement by Paul Zimmer

I had high expectations based on other reviews but my experience with the cartridge and the supplier was not good: I bought two cartridges for my Ricoh 3410 organizations. / 3510 printers. Cartridge #1 failed immediately and spectacularly, pages printed solid black and the roller actually fell out of the cartridge. Cartridge #2 works, but printers keep thinking it says empty even when first installed (we have to take it out, shake it to redistribute the toner, and put it back in - that seems to be the problem for a while to fix). Trying to get a refund from TonerPlus for the #1 cartridge was a chore, although they eventually got the money back. Apparently their policy (which I didn't realize when I pulled the faulty cartridge out of my printer) was that I should send in a photo of the misprinted page. There was no way I wanted to put the failed cartridge back into the printer to retrieve it. In the end, the seller accepted the photo of the cartridge with the roll that fell out of the cartridge as the policy needed.
