Easy to carry Hand creams and lotions

I've been washing my hands more often lately due to the pandemic and I hate that the washing and sensitization is making my hands so dry. I have my favorite hand cream at home, but I need a portable hand moisturizer so I can keep my hands moisturized anywhere. This item might not be the best moisturizer, but it's great to carry in your pocket and keep your hands smooth. It is also a good choice for gifts.
