I am very satisfied with Nebility Waist Trainer Shapewear Zipper Hook Body Shaper Shorts High Waist Butt Lifter Comfort Thigh Slimmer (L,Beige). It's so comfortable and the fit is perfect, it shapes enough to make me feel good but not restrictive. I'm 5'5" and 142-145 pounds. My pants are a size 8, my top and dress are a size 10. I originally bought this because I was waiting for hernia surgery and thought the extra support would help when I work on my body. Legs all day, it certainly made a big difference. I will be wearing it long after the surgery. Another big plus I have to highlight is the good leg length. to roll stay den all day on the spot.
