I'm very happy with this mouse, with one downside, which is that I find it too easy to push the scroll wheel sideways for horizontal scrolling when I want to center click instead. I often press the middle button and often find myself missing unless I think about pressing it. Maybe in a few weeks it will become second nature. Toggling between mouse click and smooth scrolling works very well and is great for scrolling to the end. It lies well in the hand, it is nice that you can adjust the weight with 1 or 2 batteries. It's surprisingly heavy with two AAs in it. It feels good in hand, scrolls very well, and I like being able to scroll horizontally, although the lack of a middle click might not make the horizontal scrolling worth it. I've looked at a $100 Logitech mouse with a separate horizontal scroll wheel and am mostly glad I got it for a fraction of the price. We have another Logitech that offers horizontal scrolling with the same "press left or right on the scroll wheel" mechanism, but there's less chance of an accidental click. Not sure what model it is as it is a Logitech Dell mouse. I wish I had it, but it doesn't have super-fast scrolling, which is nice but not required; I'd trade that for a reliable middle click.
