I really like the look of this stand but it ruins the sound quality of Home Mini so much that I can't give it a good rating. The stand was easy to assemble with a small screwdriver. The threads of some screws seemed a bit questionable, but it worked out fine in the end. However, I was horrified when trying to use the speaker for a podcast. The difference is very noticeable when I use the Home Mini with an alarm clock in a speaker group with another Home Mini. The Alarm Home Mini sounds like it's in a muffled box, and the bass tones in particular sound a lot more confusing. To be fair, the Home Mini doesn't have great sound quality to begin with, but in this case it was hard to understand even a news podcast (and the music isn't much better).
