Review on Equalweb by Charles Russell

I like the fact that it's easy to use and can be used in the field. It also has a lot of information about the product and can be customized to meet your needs. There is no way to get help when there is an issue. I would like to be able to have a direct line to someone to resolve issues. The only thing I dislike about this tool is that it is not as reliable as I would like. I have used this a lot in the past and it has always worked, but this time it has not been as reliable.
