Review on High-Performance Diesel Chip: TS Performance Part # 1180402 - Switchable Horsepower and Fuel Economy Boost by Ian Iknokinok

I ordered this from Revain through Warnerparts and received it by US mail. It was shipped from Texas and I received it quicker than expected. The default code for the six position chip was TDE and my truck computer was NAW. Installed the chip with no problems. Before installing the chip, I noticed that my gearbox shifts very unevenly and sometimes "hunts" for the right gear. Once fitted, the transmission shifts better and the difference in performance is noticeable. If you choose the 100 or 140 position, be careful when starting off as this will set the tires on fire. My truck is a 1996 F250 Crew Cab with automatic 2WD. My only modifications are the cold air intake and exhaust. I would definitely recommend this switch to a friend.
