If I could give this item 10 stars I would. I am a very petite person and it was very difficult to find a contour pillow that fits me. I used to spend close to $200 on a pillow and nothing I've bought has ever been this soft, comfortable, or supportive. It's amazing how this pillow is. First I was impressed with the packaging when it arrived. Very comprehensive and felt like a very high quality product. I felt like I was opening something from Apple! The pillow was very well protected inside. When I opened the packaging, the pillow did not smell like chemicals AT ALL. I'm very sensitive to smells and thought I'd have to air it out for a few days. With many other pillows, I've noticed that the smell is sometimes still a distraction after a few weeks. I fell asleep immediately and had a great nap. Material with ideal hardness. It's almost soft - it's not that hard Tempur-Pedic foam. It's soft enough to be sooo comfortable even when I sleep on my side, which I often do. He hugs you but tight enough to support my neck. With all the other contour pillows I've tried, I've woken up at some point during the night and felt uncomfortable and had to maneuver my pillow or change my pillow entirely because they were hard, bulky, or too high, and they all got uncomfortable all over. Night. I sleep with it all night and don't even know it's there. I have had neck injuries and neck pain for many years and have recently started snoring. After a night with this pillow, I think my neck has never felt so good. And for the first time in a long time I didn't wake my husband by snoring. The fact that it is height adjustable makes it even better. Because it's so soft and contoured, I actually felt normal at full length. But I'm looking forward to trying a slightly lower height just to see how I like it. I am giving away these pillows and my husband wanted one after my first night. I cannot recommend this pillow more highly, especially after my exhaustive search. And it's a fantastic price. I'm so thankful for this pillow because I really needed my next support and didn't think I would ever find a pillow that felt truly invisible to me.
