These are excellent glasses that do a good job of reducing eye strain. I needed them because with the new requirements for an online school in our area, my second and fifth graders were getting headaches from constantly having to take online classes. My oldest son's teacher told me that she had heard good things from other parents about blue light glasses helping, so we decided to try them. These wonderful glasses completely saved my two boys from headaches. I started with one set to make sure we liked them but quickly bought a second pair. They look great, comfortable, light weight and good quality. They are perfect for my two boys. They don't look too big or too small on any of them, although my boy's head size is different. They are flexible for durability and come with a fabric case and cleaning pad. My kids love the way they look and play. I am very happy with this purchase!
