Great shoes for beginners! However, after a few months of use, I felt like I should have bought a better shoe. The lower rubber outsole is quite thick so you don't blow through the toe too quickly, but I mostly didn't trust my feel on the small, thick-soled lugs. I would also recommend shoes for beginners rather than climbing. Size - they stretch a little. I am size 7-7.5 and should have ordered size 37.5 instead of 38. Initially, 37.5 seemed too tight, but with stretch it would be more ideal. Although great shoes in every way! You can't go wrong with this
