This product was great at first. About a week. These in-ear headphones initially connected great, sounded great, and stayed in my ears at above-average speeds. However, they quickly began to decline. Now the headphones are connected separately and will not connect to each other. They won't stay in my ears and the sound will degrade significantly. Even if you put them in the charging box, you should constantly check whether the mast has moved from the charging points. To top it off, the volume isn't boosted to the original settings. I feel like Revain put this product on their best buy list to increase sales and reduce their inventory. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you're giving them to a kid like: My first headphones. Otherwise they are almost useless. I want my money back
