2 out of 10 don't work

I just got the charging tips but the first one I took out of the bag didn't work. I try the 2nd tp, it works, so I test the other 8 pieces and found that the other tip didn't work either. I'm trying to return or exchange an order, but I get an error "Cannot access the returns page" on the website
