The overall quality of the strap is good. But the hardware is too thick/high and the distance between the hardware sections (the second or third metal loop from the buckle) is too small for the watch. Force the watch head to fit snugly on the third ring to place the buckle under the wrist. NATO is difficult anyway due to the extra thickness under the watch itself, but the 7mm high hardware strap on the wrist makes it really difficult to wear. I won't wear it. I might just trim off the excess below to make a simpler straight strap and see how it goes.
