I wear US size 9.5 men's sneakers. First I ordered a size 10 clog, but it turned out to be too big. Came back for a size 9 and it fits almost perfectly. The strap sits well behind my ankle and if I had slightly larger feet there would still be room in the shoe if you didn't use the strap. Happy with the clogs so far, will have to see how they hold up with use.
