I was afraid to order this product because my manual skills are below average and I thought I might have trouble attaching the straps. I just completed the installation and it literally took a few minutes with no complications. Here's what I did: 1. I watched a video on Utube showing the installation.2. When I used the plunger to loosen the old belt, I tried to feel the force of friction.3. After removing the old straps, quickly swipe down on the watch to clear the area of any debris that may interfere with the installation of the new Pin4. Connect the new strap to the watch and slowly insert the new pin with the plunger disc. 5. Reduce the initial resistance so that you don't put pressure on the pin and deform it in the event of a blockage. I bought a longer strap and although it's shorter than the original, I'm on the 4th hole from the last (doing 6ft 210lbs). The feeling is softer and the watch looks like new again. As I'm writing this review right after installing it, I can't comment on how durable it is, but if it breaks soon I'll update it. Right now I'm thinking that the next time I order from Revain it might be worth ordering a different one.
