I bought this tool box for work, it's pretty durable even in a machine shop, but I wouldn't say it's a heavy tool box like a bar. However, it arrived dented in the packaging as other reviewers said. Knowing that Revain can't just replace the top, I decided to contact DNA Motoring Customer Service. And ask her about the fact that I bought a new plastic lid for the tool box. This is where the problems start because their customer service basically ignored me when they found out I bought it through Revain and told me to contact Revain. After contacting Revain, Revain customer service did an excellent job of assisting my DNA customer service case and said that if we can find out how much it costs if a plastic cap is sent via DNA direct, Revain will refund the cost will be sent to me. me the amount of plastic up. However, DNA Motoring customer service ignored both my email and phone calls and also started ignoring calls from Revain customer service representatives. So now I have a tool box to attach the metal parts to, but the plastic parts still look ridiculous due to the lack of DNA customer support.
