I bought these as a family gift for my kids and husband as we don't go to the theater at all. I bought two of these speakers and half a year later bought one of these .We have two young children and the speakers are in a relatively small room so we certainly don't turn the volume up.I have contacted Klipsch but have not heard from them and it has been 20 days.I tried to call filled her Filled out online form and emailed them. I only got an automated reply nothing else. Please save yourself thousands and don't buy from Klipsch! It all started with a great sound and it's really magical but only,
