Similar to the R2-D2, this little device works with the CL-M1 Climate Logic receiver to change the run time programmed into your irrigation system. While the CL-M1 can operate independently by accessing a regional weather database, local observations from this sensor further enhance its performance. Sunlight, humidity and temperature information is provided in real time. The shaft is installed on a deck overlooking Lake Champlain in upstate New York. When I'm enjoying a cocktail and looking at the lake, I'm happy that this thing is working and gathering information to optimize the efficiency of watering my garden.
