Use this set for the side of my fridge. I love her! I use it mainly for decoration but also for storage (coffee, tea, toothpicks, etc.). They are VERY (and I mean VERY) strong! They take a decent amount of effort to move. Though not literally stuck, sort of. You won't hit him or hit him with a can, and you won't even move him a little. I would highly recommend based on my experience. This is a very visually appealing way to organize the side of my fridge, which I love! Very deep too, so I have an extra room at the moment. I will be ordering a second set (maybe a third depending on the distance) to place on the side of my washer/dryer for extra pantry storage. I haven't tried these but I bet they would work well for a temporary wall. Shelves if you can find metal studs!
