Very disappointed with this vinyl. When it arrived I got nervous that it was shiny like the picture. It looked more like black vinyl. After I cut out and ironed the words and picture, I was right. It is immediately clear that the vinyl is black. The only time it reflects is to the side, but it doesn't reflect or glow like I was hoping. The pics show a rainbow on black and when I tried this on a black shirt it blended into the black shirt and I was lucky I had the grey. It was a waste of money. If, like me, you wanted a stunning reflective rainbow, don't worry, you won't get it with this one.
