This higher capacity tray works as advertised. It was easy to install - just mount the printer on it and use the included setup instructions to allocate Tray 2. The only complaint I have is that using this tray slows down an already incredibly slow printer. To be honest I've never had a printer that took so long to spool data before starting to print. After adding a second paper tray, you will hear several clicks and wait another time before the page prints. However, as soon as printing starts, the speed is sufficient.
